Fellow cpapers,
I am using a ResMed S8 Autoset II machine. Last night my AHI was 5.7. My AI was 1,0 and my HI was 4.7. My leak rate was 0,0 l/s with my ResMed Mirage Liberty full face. Why would ny AI index be so high if I didn't leak at all during the night? Is there any suggestions on how to lower my overall AHI? I always get a 0.0 l/s leak rate with my mask. My titrated pressure is 12cm. My pressure range is 10-15cm. My 95th percentile pressure is between 12.0-12.8cm. My maximum pressure is between 13-13.8cm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Why is my AI index so high? How can I lower my overall AHI? Thanks for your help!
Sincerely,
Chad.

Re: AHI?! HELP!!
Your overall AHI is actually not all that bad. How do you feel? That's the more important question....
There are several ways you could go about "tweaking" the treatment if you're still not feeling well: either raise the APAP minimum pressure closer to your titrated/95% pressure, or go for straight CPAP at that pressure.
