Incorrect time on my CPAP

I have a Respironics REMstar Auto A-Flex Machine and Encore Pro software. The time on my machine seems to be incorrect. It thinks I go to sleep at 4am and wake up at noon!

Is there anyway to correct the time?

If you are using PR System One and Encore Pro 2.2
Launch EP 2.2
check the office setting portion there and in particular the GMT setting
change this to your time zone

Your report will be then corrected to your time zone (PST = GMT-8 etc etc)

my understanding: respironics machines are set to GMT at the factory

for the previous series (m and tank) once a smart card is read the card picks up the time off the computer it is first read in and that card once put back into the machine will change that time on that machine from GMT to the zone now reflected on that card

once the time is changed in this matter once, it can not be changed again except by sending the machine to a factory authorized repair facility (unless of course someone else has the repair equipment and software needed)

you can not change the time by reformatting the card and putting it in the xpap again - once is all that is allowed

With Encore Viewer 2.0, the time on page 2 (patterns of use) is my correct time on the computer.

On the Daily Details Page (4), it show the hours as 1,2,3,4 etc with no time.

I set my machine offset to the Central Time Zone (GMT -6hrs) I think it is CST because it is now one hour "behind" local time. It never reset for DST.

Does it change the time "in the machine"? I thought that the Encore Pro/Viewer translated the time from GMT applying the local "office" offset?? (remember I am talking System one equipment)

It does track the correct time as an offset of -6hrs from GMT Its just that I always have to correct in my head when I'm reading the data (yes I M LAZY ).

Has anybody figured out DST on these things?
