I keep getting billed monthly for cpap rental after my insurance says they paid the purchase price in September 2009. DME says no they have not, the insurance has just paid monthly rental. Both DME and insurance state they have been unable to talk directly to each other. Meanwhile, my "share" keeps adding up! Any suggestions?
