My one month anniversery TODAY!

Post by park_ridge_dave » Sun Apr 18, 2010 11:30 am

Well today marks the one month anniversary of the receipt of my "very own" CPAP Machine

Observations:

1.) I've had a few rough patches (e.g. allergies and stuffy nose.)
2.) Adjusting to FFM was a little tougher than I had originally thought (who knew )
3.) Was it worth it You better believe it
4.) I feel alive again! I now know that I don't have AADD or early onset Alzhiemer's disease (this was serious and not meant to be funny). I have my life back
5.) This forum has helped me so much

So, A very heartfelt and large THANK YOU to all who have supported me

You fellow members have made it much easier! I only hope that I am able, in some way, to pay it forward in future.

Cheers,

Dave

I like this post as well. Three weeks in for me. This site is God sent. So many things to adjust to and here one discovers he/she is not alone with these issues. Also Dave, as much a challenge is CPAP, it is much better than the early dementia I though was upon me.
God Bless..

Yep! That early dementia scare is really SCARY I really thought that I had it!

I can laugh now, but I wasn't laughing a couple of months ago when I "woke up" at 60mph on the median of the interstate

I am lucky! No harm no foul and I got help.

Let's be careful out there! Because no matter where you go..... there you are! (Buckaroo Banzai)

Cheers,

Dave

We're so glad that you're here, Dave! Congratulations on achieving such success during your first month.

It is such a joy to feel alive again and to be able to think clearly! I've experienced that change myself. There's even more to look forward to -- it gets better and better!
