On the used 00008 hours. That means that use had 8 hours of use, then on the 00002.0002 days. this is how many days you have used your machine. so it looks like you have had 8 hours of use over the 2 days so it added it up to 8 hours of use in total over the 2 days. It adds up the number of hours of use pernight. So if it says 8 hours tonight when you put it on, then you use it for say 4 hours tonight, then tomorrow it will read 12 hours over 3 days. So it add the hours and the days used. I had this machine when they monitored my compliance and I can't tell you what the other stuff means as I never figured that out. I had to swap it out when they were finished monitoring my compliance and they gave me a basic machine. It will add up the hours I used a night, but I have no access to the other stuff. I do miss that machine as i liked the idea that you can check for the best fit on your mask and leaks and such. I can't do that on this machine. So as long as the machine is working that is fine by me. Good luck with this machine. Huggies, Fay

AI = apnea index = the number of apneas you experienced per hour
AHI = apnea hypopnea index = the number of apneas and hypopneas you experienced per hour
HI = hypopnea index - the number of hypopneas you experienced per hour

subtract the HI from the AHI to get your AI

VT = tidal volume = the volume of air inspired or expired in one respiratory cycle (breath)
MV = minute ventilation = the volume of air breathed in (or out) w/in any 60 second period
