What do my readings mean?

Been on breather for about 6 weeks now and don't have a clue what the readings mean. Maybe you guru's out there can tell me if they're good, bad or indifferent! Machine is a Remstar auto A flex M series. The 7 day average readings are: 90% Pressure cmH20 is 9.8 System leak L/m 29.4 AH10 0.8 Apn-Hyn index . When I had the 2nd study he said my pressure was 14 for best results. The ramp starts at 5 . I use a nasal mask and don't feel a lot of leaks, keep my tongue on the roof of my mouth from years even when I'm awake. Don't wake up with many headaches anymore but still need naps, try to not eat and get sleepy during the day am having fewer episodes of falling asleep at inapropriate times and places, but am I getting the pressure and airflow I'm supposed to? Average time per use is 6.7 hrs these numbers come from the 7 day average and most nights I actually use it about 7 yo 8 hrs but I also try to use machine at naps.

Did you mean an AHI of 10 or did you mean AHI 0.8? If 0.8 then that's good, you're getting good therapy from your machine. If 10, it's a little high but you might be able to address that by small changes in your pressure.

Sorry for confusion AHI is 0.8

You're getting good therapy with an AHI of 0.8. The leak rates although initially look a little high will be as you have a full face mask, so these are probably okay too. I wouldn't worry too much about the leak rate seeing your AHI is 0.8.
