Sinus Pressure

Day 3 on the machine and my sinus pressure is crazy. I have this fuzzyness feeling. Please tell me when my sinuses are done saying "what the hell is going on" it will get better.

That means you have mucus in your sinus that is not been released. CPAP tends to dry the sinus and mucus gets trapped in the cavities. I would suggest to wash your sinus or use saline sprays.

If you are like me, it will take a few weeks, but everybody is different. My advise is to keep the sinus moist all the time.

That is my personal opinion.

Hey, me too. I'm on day 4. And today I woke up with sinus pain in my upper right nostril next to my eye. And when I push on it, yow it hurts. I talked to the DME rep and she asked if I was using the humidified (Yes). Then she asked if I had any leaks. I told her that last night I noticed leaks on the left side. She said that maybe the air was going up only the one nostril. And she said that maybe I would have to move from nasal pillow to a nasal mask. We scheduled a time that I could meet with a therapist in a couple days to figure things out further (if needed).
I know this is different than yours, but maybe there is a common thread. I hope you figure this out. Bonnie

Try upping your humidity.
