What does everyone think could be considered a "good" AHI to have while on CPAP?
I have been on it for a while now and run in the 6-7 range with an AI of 1-2. My apneas average 18 sec. Is this good, or should I be expecting better? My pre CPAP AHI was 80 on my back.
Thanks!

Less than 5 is considered good.

Dirk, sounds like you are getting very good treatment; I'd be tempted to call it "excellent treatment". I wouldn't change a thing if I were you.
