I was at times mouth breathing. I would go a long time not doing it, then all of a sudden, I would form a pattern of waking up with dry mouth. I tired taping and I seemed to blow right through the tape. About a month ago, I ordered the CPAP.com chin strap and I've not since experienced the dry mouth. I realize it might not work for everyone, but for me it was the ticket. It can't hurt to give it a try if you are having this problem. My only gripe with the thing is that mine came in white and it looks like a bra on my head. I wish it would come in black or red so I could look more sexy.

I am very happy with mine as well. I use it with my nasal pillows. It at least came in red. Can't say it's very sexy though!
