CMS-50E Pulse Oximeter: Wireless Feature Problem

Post by jimD » Mon Mar 01, 2010 1:41 pm

The CMS-50E wireless feature doesn't work with the SpO2 Review (Version 1.0) program. It works fine with the SpO2 monitor program.

Has anyone come up with a fix for this problem?

To provide a little information on how the wireless adapter works, it is specifically designed only for real-time readings ("SpO2" application only). The second software application, "SpO2 Review" is the one that will provide a review of data uploaded from the pulse oximeter. This of course only works if you setup recording in the pulse oximeter.

Nevertheless, you will find that you can save the data through the wireless feed, after finishing each real-time session via "SpO2." If you find you need more assistance and you purchase the Finger Pulse Oximeter CMS-50E from ClinicalGuard.com, please feel free to contact us toll free at 8887694827

Apparently, the wireless feature depends on a computer to be up and running and recording it for you instead of the recording being done in the CMS-50E interntally. The wireless feature cannot transfer stored recordings to your computer.
