Issues with rescan and S9

Post by DragonFire » Thu Feb 25, 2010 4:44 am

Good morning everybody,

in a different topic (I do have an S9) I posted some screen shot and feedback on my experience with the new ResMed S9 and software.
After about a month using it, I found out that lately the software downloads the detailed data but does not download summary data (I get the graph icon but not the istograms and no usage bar next to the day date). In other words summary graphs and statistics come out blank, while second by second pressure, events, flow, flow limitations etc etc display fine.

Initially everything was going fine and this happened after I tweaked minimum pressure in my apap setting to decrease events (manually and not via RESCAN/SD card).
I understand that experience with S9 is limited but I am wondering if with previous flow generators this ever happened and if there is a solution.

Thanks

Fabio

DragonFire - Thanks for the feedback. Since you're an early adopter, I wonder - have you talked to Resmed about it? They would probably be grateful for feedback on flaky software issues.

Hi DreamDiver,
I did not provide feedback yet on this (or other) issues.
I am not sure they are interested in patients using the software but I am willing to give it a try.
Anybody has a good channel for providing feedback to ResMed?
Otherwise I will just dig the website.

Cheers

Fabio
