Question on RESMED S8 Features

Question on RESMED S8 Features

Received my RESMED, S8 H4i, mask and software about two weeks ago now, and I am using it with good results.
I started to explore it's features of the S8.
One of the features that I am not sure if it is correct or not is
In the clinician's menu there is a auto on feature, which is set to off. There is no option to change this weather without or with the H4i attached.
I thought that the S8 had this feature.
Within the software there is a setting for auto off. It also appears that this does not have any effect. and does not work either.
I'm sure it is something I'm doing wrong or even though the features are listed they are not intended to work with the S8.
Anyone using these two features on the S8?

The feature you are looking for is called "SmartStart".
It works for me for starting therapy -- I've never tried it for stopping.

You may need to turn off Leak Alert. If Leak Alert is set to on, then SmartStart is automatically disabled.
