Where oh where has my data gone?!

I picked up my F&P Performance Maximer software for my machine..... how exciting to be able to get detailed information whenever I need it!!

Hubby put the programme on to the 'puter (cos I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to that sort of thing!) and this morning I decided to have a looksee at the data.

To my surprise, upon inserting the USB-stick-thingy into the computer, I was not able to find any new data since my results were last downloaded in November '09.

I have reinserted the aforementioned USB-stick-thingy back into my cpap machine and will look to see if I have any new data tomorrow after another nights' sleep, but in the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions as to what might have happened?

I have a different machine but something like that happen to me. It looks like you have corrupted data and the machine cannot write to it.

What I did was to clear the card completely, In my case I can use the software and/or the machine to delete data.

What happen the card was inserted wrongly into the slot, don't ask me how that is possible but that happened to me.

I was not able to retrieve the data, but I was lucky it was only 2 days.

So I checked the stick again today, and no data

Will be ringing Fisher & Pakel tomorrow to have a chat about it.

Well, Fisher & Paykel were very obliging when I rang them, and they will be sending me a new smartstick today
