I have no clue how to interpret any of my data or what it represents.
Please let me know if these are good or bad.... Obviously this is only one night. I have data for months and months. If someone would like me to e-mail me a copy of the exported data as a pdf to look at send me a PM. Any help would be appreciated.

If only "Sandman Therapy Charts" could be accessed through an online interface. If you search: "online therapy charts" you'll find a lot of software available online for other purposes. For example, I know that there's a lot of online charting, treatment planning, and progress notes software for mental health out there.

Apnea/Hypopnea Index = The total number of apneas + the total number of hypopneas divided by the total number of hours you used the machine that night. Your machine breaks this into obstructive and central events. Your total AHI is 3.9, anything under 5 is concidered normal(most of us here try for and get lower).
Your leak rate; At a pressure of 12 your leak should be .56 L/s, even with the machines ability to compensate for leaks, I wouldn't want this number to go over .75 L/s. Your max leak of .99 needs to improve. Is it possible you are leaking air from your mouth? If so you might want to try a chin strap(doesn't work for most of us) or tape to seal the lips for a few nights and see if it helps.
Your snores are 53. Is this an improvement from before cpap? Are the snores as loud? The snores would usually be lowered by raising the pressure, but with central events, it might not be a good idea. The higher pressure may raise the # of central events. If the snoring isn't bothersome to you or your wife, I'd leave it alone for now. Don't forget, if you are mouth leaking and you fix that, you will most likely fix the snores at the same time.
Runs, are chains of flow limitations, one right after the other. I have never paid any attention to them.
If it were me, I would lower thr pressure to 9.5 for a week and see if the centrals went away. Some people seem to get centrals at pressures over 10.
