increased AHI reading

Post by tiredinde » Thu Feb 04, 2010 3:22 pm

I have a RemStarPro M Series machine, and I use a Swift Lt w/nasal pillows. I have been using this combination for a couple of years. My machine has a smart card, and until the last couple of months, my AHI readings were usually in the 3 area. Now that has climbed to 7 day avg AHI 9.2 and the 30 day avg of 7.8. Does anybody have any idea what that could mean? Also my C-flex setting is on 2, should I change this setting? One more question, on the c-flex, is the lower or higher setting for more resistance in exhaling?
