"How come, after using my CPAP for about 6 months, some mornings I wake up feeling like I did before I got my machine?"

Hi, welcome. Can you please fill out your equipment information under Profile on your member page, so everyone will see what you're using (see the blue lines after everyone else's postings)? Makes it much easier to help you. Try to use text vs icons (so we won't have to click on them to know what's what) and give the full name of the mask and of the machine as it appears on top. Thank you.

I agree with Secret Agent Gal about life being an inexact science. And there could be many reasons you don't feel better.

Trouble is, some docotors have made an art of making things as foggy and inexact as possible - and they perfect this art by prescribing machines that don't give you infomation about your breathing disturbances and leaks.

Once we know your equipment, we'll be able to tell you if it has relevant info where it may have the info, what the info may possibly indicate, or if perhaps you'd better consider buying a more informative machine.

Some people don't get the right Rx after their night in the sleep lab -- and 6 months on the CPAP don't make the wrong pressure give good results.

You need data to know whether your CPAP therapy is effective before you can try to answer the question about how you feel. There is a possibility that your CPAP therapy is working improperly and you could be having apneas all night long.

Please fill out your equipment profile (choose text not images) and let's have another discussion about data.
