That sounds like great progress to be sleeping 6-8 hours with an AHI around 5 just two weeks into this. How are you feeling during the daytime? Do you plan on tweaking it a little more over time to see if you can get that 5 a little lower? Congrats on all you've accomplished and best wishes for continued improvement.

That's fantastic!!! I know sometimes, it's hard to figure all of this out, it's trial and error for all of us, but once we start getting that good sleep, boy, does it ever make a difference. I'm really happy to hear that your doing so well. Kudos!!!!

I still feel a bit draggy tward 5pm but before that I feel pretty decent I now feel like riding our horse. My compliance is only because I kept telling my self that without it I would esentialy be giving up on life (psyching my self) and as for adjustments I want my sleep dr.s oppinion since I am getting close to the preassures that caused me to have centrals on the in lab tritation. but the dryness is probably my only problem

It sounds not bad for 2 weeks sleeping with CPAP. I remember myself getting use to it. I think it took about 3 weeks just starting feeling some comfort.
