What is the best chin strap that does NOT leave indentations and lines all over the face? Thanks for your opinions.

A chin strap that's followed by a hot shower in the morning?
No chin strap at all? (Some people prefer to mouth-tape instead.)

I'm not sure there are any that technically meet your requirements. I think every "edge" would have to be round in order to create a gradient in the forces.

Welcome, Urbany ~

The PAPCap works very well for me: https://www.cpap.com/productpage/pursle ... otton.html. It's a cotton cap with a detachable cotton chin strap that secures onto the cap with Velcro. It doesn't leave any marks on my face.

They also make a PAPCap Plus version, which is the same as the standard one, except that it includes straps for standard four-point mask connectors, so you don't have to use your mask headgear: http://www.pur-sleep.com/products/produ ... category=6.
