Help with Respironics Machine and Promptcare in NJ

A few months ago, my Respironics machine stoped working. I took it to Sweden used the right electric plug and it worked fine. When I returned home, it did not work. There was no power to the machine. I tried to get my provider - Promptcare - to fix it. But they could not.

Can i get Respironics to fix it?

Had anyone had any experience with Promptcare? They are not very helpful.

They did suggest I get a new script for a machine. They said it would likely be covered because it was broken.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
