Which version are you looking for? If you are looking for the newest version (2.0???) that is compatible with the PROne, it is only available to medical professionals and no one here has managed to get a copy yet.

Just curious, why do you need it? Encore Pro is used for managing a large amount of patients, their equipment and prescriptions..

The reporting part of Encore Pro is identical to Encore Viewer. No difference... Encore Viewer is far easier to use. Encore Pro keeps track of wear and tear on equipment and other details a DME would need to manage many patients.

Well SG: If someone doesn't have Acrobat or another PDF creator program installed on their computer, then they can easily create a PDF file as an option from Encore Pro. I purchased the Nuance PDF Converter Professional 6 for my Win 7 Professional x64 machine but that was because I already had a need for it and was unwilling to spend $500 dollars an a program that I could get for less that does the same thing.

DJ_Boxer, point well taken! I didn't think of it at all! I'm a Uber Cheapster!! I don't pay for software because I usually find what I need either 'Freeware' or Open Source.

I use a Open Source software for converting my Encore Viewer Reports to PDF. Then, I would send it as an attachment to the Doctor before my appointment.

When you go to print the report, you have a choice to create a PDF copy. I'm sure for images, solutions are out there.

Thanks for catching it..

PrimoPDF (free program) is what I use, too, to create PDF files of my Encore Viewer reports.

Do you have to have both the card reader and the software?

I'd prefer not to spend that much money and the way some of these posts read, you don't need both???
