New Respironics mask - no fanfare?

Post by mdintx » Mon Dec 07, 2009 10:56 am

Hey Folks,

It seems Respironics released a new mask - the Easy Fit. This has a really interested build structure. Looks really interesting...check it out:

What do you all think of this? I can't decide whether it would be more stable or less...

Looks interesting...but no mask insurance is offered? I wouldn't buy it without insurance.

I've noticed that it takes a few days for return insurance to show up on the purchase page. I'm sure it'll be there shortly.

Slinky - I have the same problem when I followed the link. I clicked on the name on the mask, in that link, and it took me to the new mask in with the other nasal masks. Still no image but I scrolled down to the manuals and fitting guides and I got a look at it there.

Well the mask looks interesting. Kind of like the mask designer sat there and said, "What the heck, I'll just add a few more seals, one of them is bound to work". LOL

The new Respironics mask looks somewhat like the ResMed Mirage Activa that I now use. The convoluted seals are similar.
