Looks like I'm going to need a chin strap or something. Just can't convince myself of the tape routine. But maybe chin up strips are an alternative? Has anyone tried them? Photos at this link http://www.chin-up.com/Strip_Applied.htm I've seen them online elsewhere also. Looks like a possibility but only experience can tell!
(BTW, I did do a search. Do you have any idea how many posts turn up when doing a search for chin-related items?)

Tried the chin straps but the jaw may be secure but the lips part and you blow between the teeth and out your lips - I have not heard of these working working for a majority of people.
I tried training my mouth - it is possible, but I have not the perseverance or self discipline.
I finally resorted to 'water resistant' adhesive tape by 3M and it works ok but its only 1" wide so I need two strips in an "X" across my mouth - looks silly as hell and a little frustrating when your wife asks you a question AFTER you put it on . I do not use it every day, but most days. I have an expensive ($40.00) head/chin strap unit sitting in my drawer - would you like to make an offer on it?
Good luck

Highly recommended
I used them and would highly recommend them. I have a fullbeard
and mustache, so they were a real challenge, but they did work!
Kept my mouth closed so it was totally dry in the morning. Reduced
my snoring as well. They are a good stepping stone to moving on
to full-face taping.

Thanks for the feedback! I suppose we could all just wrap ourselves in tape like a mummy with a hose stuck into the middle of it all? Think that would work?

Re: Chin-up strips? Anyone tred these?
Thanks to you I have ordered the chin-up for a 30 day supply I have gone for 5 months with dry mouth and throat etc. I tried to use chin strap and TAPE on the mouth last nite and I had no dry mouth etc. So maybe this chin tape will be my solution,,, thanks again.
