I'm not exactly sure what you are asking but the 90% pressure means you spent 90% of your night at that pressure or less and 10% above that pressure.

Hawthorne is correct, but to expand... The reports accumulate the time spent at each pressure in an APAP. The 90% mark is where that total reaches 90%. Although used a lot it is very misleading. Examples:

1. 6cm = 60% of the time; 7cm = 20%; 8cm = 5%; 9cm = 2%; 10cm = 2%
In this example 80% of the time was less than 8cm, so is 10cm really representative?

2. 6cm = 0%; 7cm = 0%; 8cm = 10%; 9cm = 20%; 10cm = 60%
In this example 80% was 9cm and over.

Both examples show 90% at 10cm but huge difference in actual usage. How can anybody adjust pressure on the 90% number alone? I hope they don't!

It's going to be okay in the end; if it's not okay, it's not the end.

OK that helps a lot, although my 90% value was the same as my max value, which does not make sense since it could not go higher for the 10% value, so this means that the pressure was trying to go higher but could not, Respironic by the way cannot answer this question.
