help needed for HR V2 headgear problem

I received my Hans Rudolph 7600 series V2 mask and the mask works great for me. THE PROBLEM is that the headgear attachments became disconnected several times during the night. Has anyone else had this problem, and what did you do?

I contacted CPAP.com and they got me straightened out!
