New guy here, long time CPAP (now APAP) user. I'll get to my story on another post but I have a quick question about the EncoreViewer 1.0 software: I want to get a card reader and software for my Repironics and over on the consumer feedback page for this package the most recent post says the software will not work with Windows XP, Vista, or any 64 bit OS. But a couple posts farther down there's a guy who said it did work with Vista.
I'm running XP Pro on my Dell. Does anyone have this set up and if so, does this software work for you? It seems odd that the software would not work with such a popular OS.
Thank and I'm looking forward to mining this site - and all of you! - for information as I take control of this affliction!

Encore Viewer will work with Windows Vista 32 bit. That's what I have right now. Apparently there are problems with Vista 64 bit.
As far as I know, from this forum, it should run fine on the Windows XP Pro on your laptop.

Unless your computer and XP Pro are the 64 bit versions, Find out what you OS is, most are 32 bit, but some (Not Many) do have 62 bit. Go to Control Panel, System, the version will probably be listed there.Hawthorne wrote:Encore Viewer will work with Windows Vista 32 bit. That's what I have right now.
