Encore Pro Software CD

Can someone tell me if the Respironics Encore Pro CD is screen-printed or has a cd sticker on it? I bought the software (supposedly new) off of ebay (sorry but funds are very low), and what I got was a CD and nothing else. It looks kinda funny. Don't want to get into trouble!

Many Respironics users have acquired their copy of EncorePro from eBay seller(s). If the seller was violating any eBay rules, he would no longer be selling EP on eBay - eBay would have shut him down. You likely received a CD copy of EP not an original Respironics CD. Since Respironics no longer sells EP to users, I don't think that you should feel guilty, at least not for more than a minute! Use your EP copy to monitor, analyze, and improve your sleep therapy and live long and prosper.

WHAT? Has Respironics stopped selling the SW to the users?
Just like ResMed?

Is there some new rule about selling the SW to the users?

How about the other xPAP manufacturers?

What version did you get? Presume 1.8 - it's not 2.1 by chance? Did you install it? Does it work?

turbosnore - Respironics stopped selling Encore PRO software to cpap users some time ago.

Encore VIEWER is available to Respironcs cpap machine users. It gives the same data.

Encore VIEWER works with the "classic" Respironcs machines and the Respironics M Series machines. That would be the Pro (2) and auto in each model.

So far, there is no "patient use" software for the new PR System one machines.
