Also, he answers the question regarding FDA approval:

"The FDA only regulates labeling of dietary suppliments and herbal products...." so no, they're "only regulated by the FDA in how they're labeled." But "where possible these products are produced in an GMP compliant, FDA audited facility." I'm guessing the rest are produced in his kitchen or garage...

I am under the impression that he took a little "test sample" of his product before filming the videos as well. That, or it was some other "herb."
