I use a comfort gel nasal mask. No matter how I adjust the head strap, there always seems to be a small amount of air escaping right into my eyes, where the bridge of my nose meets my eyes. IE in the corner.
As a cause of this, each day my eyes are super puffy and I do not feel entirely rested. Is there any remedy for this?
Also, I think my mask is too small. I have a "M/S" Does this mean Medium Small" It barely fits over and around my nose. To attempot to stop leaks I have to have it smashed down pretty tight on my face yet as stated above, it still leaks a little right into my eyes.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
How to stop leaks into eyes?
Re: How to stop leaks into eyes?
It sounds like a size problem. On the other hand, it could be that this particular mask just does not fit you well.
If you were "fitted" at a DMEs, take it back and discuss the problem with them. If not, you will need to try another size or a different mask.
The search for masks that work is an individual journey, but the right mask is the key to good therapy!
