Owners of CMS-50 series oximeter, question please

Post by williamco » Wed Sep 09, 2009 5:16 pm

I just recieved my CMS-50E oximeter today and the hinge (where it opens/close the 2 sides of the oximeter) is loose and coming out of its sucket making very light grip on finger.
is this normal or do I need to return it?
Thanks

It's not normal. I got my meter about one month ago. It grips gently but firmly.

.............sounds like there is a problem with yours........mine does not come out of the hinges nor is loose. I haven't had any problems with mine.
