I started treatment 12 nights ago. I figured out that I have used the machine an average 5.4 hours per night (based on 7.5 hours sleep).
Do you think this is good, average or bad for my first couple of weeks? A couple nights I took it off and didn't know it, but putting a pony tail in my hair has helped.
I have not bought the software and card reader yet so can you tell me what type of information I will be able to get once I do? I feel so much better! I feel like I'm getting my life back!
Thank you in advance for your input.

Question about complience and info from software
Re: Question about complience and info from software
Hi Cory.
Welcome to the forum.
The way I understand it, to be considered "compliant" for insurance purposes, the bare minimum is 4 hours (or more) per night for 70% of the nights. That's pretty lenient but many new users have lots of issues getting started, so that could be why it's set that way.
It sounds like you're doing well. Hang in there.....it should get easier. If you run into any further questions, please feel free to ask.
