Question about REMstar Plus

Post by raneyday » Thu Sep 03, 2009 9:36 am

I have a REMstar Plus CPAP Machine, which I guess is a real dinosaur. Lately I've noticed an hour glass icon in the window that shows the number of hours I've used the machine. Anybody know what it means? Is the machine running out of time? Am I?

According to the service manual, there are three uses for the hourglass.
One is "Hours of use"
If there's ">4" to the right of the hour glass, it means "Number of nights with more than 4 hours usage" (in setup mode)
If there's an "X" to the left of the ">4" symbols, that means "Number of nights with more than 4 hours usage erased" (in setup mode)

Hope that helps.
