Post nasal surgery, is Respironics Total Face Mask an option

Post by Dave » Mon Sep 05, 2005 10:22 am

I am a mouth breather so I have been using a full face mask (covering my mouth and nose) for about 1 year. I am scheduled to have septoplasty surgery to correct some blockages in my nose. After surgery I will not be able to wear anything on the bridge of my nose for weeks.
I have read some posts on the Total Face Mask and the problems with air leaking around the eyes.
Has anyone been able to use this mask?
Does anyone have other suggestions for sleeping during the weeks of recovery?
