New Equipment... No Data

I updated my new equipment in the profile below. About two weeks ago I switched to a Res Med VPAP Auto 25 with their H4i humidifier. I like the equipment much more than the Respironics I had before.

I have been traveling since the day after I got the new machine... by car. The info I got from my DME included a card showing how to get into the clinical menu and read the efficacy data. It all worked great for about four days and then everything started to report "No Data". As I said I have been traveling so I unplug the machine at least every few days, sometimes every day. I did not bring the data card with me as I did not think I would need it on the trip.

Does anyone know a reset option to get the data recording back? I suspect that when I get back from the trip and my doctor wants the data there will be nothing to download. The simpler usage menu does still work.

ResMed machines start a new day for data collection purposes at noon. So if you look at the data after noon, you will see the new day's data, and there is none (yet) for that day.

You should check your results before noon. If you sleep late, you can trick the machine by setting the time a few hours earlier than the actual time.

I am having a similar problem with a new RESMED Autoset II.

Brand new unit. After 3 - 4 days of use the Efficacy data as well as Smart Data all shows 0000/0000 or no data for day week month etc...
interesting however is that the usage timer continues to grow... 59 hours.

I followed the "C-menu" and performed a "reset factory settings".
Turned on the desire smart data options (all of them) again.
Tried to use it again for 2 nights... nothing.

0000/0000
no AHI, Pressure, Leak etc...

I should mention that this data seemed to work for the first 3 days.
The clock is also set correctly and I am awake at 0600 hrs.
Read somewhere to try to unplug and plug the unit in to signal the end of my sleep session. That didn't work either.
