New improved mask - worse results

I recently was given an Activa LT mask to use with my Resmed S8 Elite II on a trial basis. I had been using the supplied Meridian mask and was getting AHIs below 10 and AIs below 2. Now I am back up to AHIs of 20 and AIs of 3 and 4. Leakage seems to be comparable for both masks.

Is there a setting in the Clinical menu for this mask that is different from the normal mask? Can anyone think of a reason for such a difference in results otherwise?

You don't have to go to the clinical menu. Press the menu button and scroll down to the mask setting. Select change and pick the appropriate one. That will give you more accurate numbers.
