morning back pain finally gone

Post by DcKalop » Wed Jul 22, 2009 1:28 pm

Finally, after nearly 2 months of cpap, the morning achy back pain from top to bottom is finally gone. It was soooo awful. I thought it would never stop. What it shows me though is how more relaxed and restful sleep I'm getting compared to years and years of APNEA sleep.

Good for you! That's great to hear. The pain might have been from your lungs finally getting used to being "worked" all night, and filling with air.
You deserve credit for hanging in there, others may have given up.
All the best to you,
Lee Ann

I had the same issues, along with in my lungs and ribs. It isn't completely gone yet, and tomorrow will be 7 weeks... usually it hurts so bad that I just want to cry... usually more so when my AHI is low... when it's a little on the high side I have no pain... This morning my AHI was 3.8 and no lung/back/rib pain... I hope it stays that way...

Glad to hear there is hope
