Do you have a back-up machine? I've already decided to pick up a back-up mask since mine is not the most durable from what I'm reading.
Besides just possibly wanting a back-up machine I also travel several times/year for work. Not too crazy about hauling my new and $$$ machine around airports and hotel rooms. What do you think about buying a used machine off of craigslist for $100 or so? I see a couple of Remstar Plus CPAP machines (one I noticed has been discontinued) near me for a little more than that.
Back-up machine and mask?

Re: Back-up machine and mask?
It always good to have a spare / travel CPAP. There isn't really anything wrong with getting a used CPAP, although you might want to check the output with a manometer to make sure that it is the same as the set pressure. Before you buy it, run it and make sure that the output doesn't have an odor; if you are a smoker, bring along a non-smoker to check the smell.
Re: Back-up machine and mask?
Thanks. Non-smoker, so that one is easy. A manometer? Where can I buy one and how much for a decent one?
