OT: Happy 4th!

Post by BleepingBeauty » Fri Jul 03, 2009 11:39 am

Just want to wish all U.S. residents here a happy, healthy and SAFE 4th of July! Have a great weekend, everyone!

And my own traditional show of patriotism, for the past 30-odd years:

Believe it or not, I actually had someone ask me once if the nail polish came out of the bottle that way! (My response was, "Yeah, you should see the brush!")
Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.

Dx 11/07: AHI 107, central apnea, Cheyne Stokes respiration, moderate-severe O2 desats. (Simple OSA would be too easy. ;))

PR S1 ASV 950, DreamWear mask, F&P 150 humidifier, O2 @ 2L.

Thanks! They usually bring a comment or two when people notice them.

Thanks, twokat. I can (and often do) get a little messy with the blue and the red. I just have to be really steady when making the white stripe down the middle (which is sometimes a challenge, but I did it pretty well this year).

Thanks, DB! I posted my Happy 4th message yesterday, figuring some of us would be lucky (or crazy?) enough to go somewhere over the holiday weekend.

I see someone posted instructions on your thread re: how to get a picture into your post. If you have any trouble with that, email or PM me and I'll help you with it. It's easy, once you know how.

Thank, fuzz.

My nails have always been pretty strong. In fact, when I was a kid, we had a neighbor who actually wanted to pay me to scratch his back all the time. (I did it for free.)

Well, we'll see what tomorrow brings. Hope you're enjoying the holiday so far.

Great nails, BleepingBeauty.

Many happy (& belated) returns from Aussie, guys - so sorry I did not realise the date or significance over here until I saw these posts! Hope you all had a great day.
