Actigraph

Post by kittystar » Mon Jun 29, 2009 3:02 pm

Okay guys, I saw my sleep doc today and he is investigating other causes for insomnia than sleep apnea. Thinks I might have a circadian rhythm disorder. Does anybody out there have any info on a device called an "actigraph"? Its a device worn like a watch that measures your activity etc for two weeks. Im just curious if anyone has any info or experience with this thing...

They probably want you to keep a sleep diary too, right?

I used one for a week as part of a sleep research study. A few people asked me why I was wearing a watch on each arm.
