Thinking I must give this a shot--hey, we know those Australians are leaders when it comes to OSA and CPAP!
"One proposed alternative to CPAP is learning to play an aboriginal instrument called the didgeridoo. . . . In a Swiss study published in the British Medical Journal, it was found that didgeridoo playing is an effective alternative treatment for moderate obstructive sleep apnea. It was hypothesized that the circular breathing technique may improve muscular tone of the upper airway and reduce the collapsibility that is common in sleep apnea. Twenty-five patients were enrolled in the study, given lessons, and practiced daily at home for four months."

All of these alternative treatments seem to be for mild/moderate apnea patients. In other words, it's CPAP for me until my dying day.

Is this therapy based on the premise that if you can't sleep, your neighbors shouldn't be allowed to, either??
The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.
Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...

With xPAP therapy, do or do not; there is no try.

According to my good buddy Hugh Jackman, psychological counseling in Australia consists of "three beers and a mate". So with that in mind, I'll pass. I already know I have no musical ability whatsoever.

So, what's the insurance code for a didgeridoo?

To heck with the didgeridoo, with enough "Australian counseling", I won't mind being on pap!
