Encore Viewer software version

Good Morning Everyone!

I purchased my Encore Viewer software and card reader on Ebay about two weeks ago and have been very happy with the data that it has been allowing me to see. My question has to do with the software version I have. The release notes state that it is version 1.0.0.003 and I am wondering if it is the latest version or not?

That is the version number that I am seeing and I bought my software from cpap.com about 3 weeks ago.

Which machine do you actually have?
Does your Respironics Bi-PAP Pro look like the one in this picture?
The "plain" Bi-PAP Pro was not data-capable.....only compliance data (hours slept).
The machine in this picture is the Bi-PAP Pro 2 which looks like the older Pro model, but the Pro 2 DOES provide full data.
In other words, if you only have the "Pro" model and not the "Pro 2", the software won't do you any good.

Jitushah,

I believed I paid just over $100 for the used reader and software. It was $100 well spend but like it was stated before...it will only do you good if your machine is data capable.
