Can you sell a used mask?

I'm a new CPAP user and have been trying out different masks. Most times I purchased CPAP.com insurance but one time I didn't. I have a Resmed Mirage Liberty that was used only for a few hours and I don't know what to do with it. I tried to list it on ebay but they removed the listing. Surely there must be some way to assist someone who can't afford full price by helping them buy a mask like this. Any advice?

Have you tried Cpapauction? Give that a try.

Give Craigslist a shot, I bought my machine and both of my masks there. I see quite of bit of cpap' and accessories for sale.
Just don't expect to get full price for it most people who are paying cash are doing so because they don't have insurance..etc

I see people posting ads with the used online places for used xPAP equipment up here all the time.

It is always the same... they ask ridiculous prices and the ads linger for weeks until they find some uninformed fool willing to pay their price or they give up.

Ask a reasonable price and you will sell.

Amen, I check Craigslist and other sites on a regular basis. You won't believe how many old machines people still think are worth $500.
