What's happening on the new requiremnts for posting a new message?

It will not accept my username ... telling me it's already in use.

How do I then post something under my regular username?!

Thanks dowen ... I had been automatically logged-in ... but based on your response, I notice that I am not logged-in right now.

Something must have dropped the "automatically log me on".

I am trying another machine right now -- trying out Ubuntu -- and found I had go log in with this machine. Did you change puters?
