My ENT has recommended a balloon sinusplasty surgery for my sinuses. Apparently the CT scan showed extensive sinus damage and some of the sinuses are very clogged/blocked. Has anyone had this surgery done?
On a related note, how does a blockage in the sinuses affect CPAP treatment? My pulmonologist said that he thinks it could be making it more difficult for CPAP to be very effective while the ENT wasn't so sure.
Thanks!

warm salty water goes in 1 nostril, thru the sinuses , softening and washing out the mucus and out the other nostril, patience is needed at first and it feels like you are drowning in the ocean, other types are described and can be bought on the net
