My auto settings are at 8.5-11 and my 90% is at 9.1. I seem to be getting tired again in the middle of the day. Would anyone out there know if I should make a pressure agustment?
My AHI's are good a 1.0
Any suggestions?

Marty.....
I can't see how a presssure adjustment would benefit you. The AHI is good.....the pressure is comfortable. You might not be getting enough hours of sleep.....or your O2 levels might be too low (the AHI score does not indicate that apnea is the cause.....but there might be something else). By using tape, you evidently have the leaks under control.....so, I'd think the tired feeling has to be caused by something besides sleep apnea.

Many of us have been through this cycle of initial good results then a deterioration even though the numbers look good.
When this happened to me I switched to a bilevel & then got past that problem.
I still can't explain exactly why this worked but it did. There are issues beyond just OSA in sleep apnea but bilevels seem
to be far more effective.
Just my 0.2 c worth.
DSM
xPAP and Quattro std mask (plus a pad-a-cheek anti-leak strap)
