Well, why not? Do you know that so many studies have been done trying to pooh-pooh people saying weather affects their arthritis? No self respecting sufferer would not laugh at those studies if they were hit on the head with them! They know what they know and all the research won't change it. Just because the answer hasn't been found yet, is not a reason to discredit such a huge segment of people with first hand knowledge of their own bodies. I realize of course that the OSA study was not necessarily saying they discount it, but it just reminded me of those others. Rant over .

Well I stopped using the humidifier when I stopped using the heat at night. Would get a wet face otherwise. Makes for much simpler nighttime routine.
