No Data - Did I Screw Up?

Post by NC_David » Sat May 16, 2009 4:22 pm

I cleared the data from my machine yesterday. I'd been 'playing' with it and practicing (much of the time trying to get the nose pieces situated correctly). I used my machine last night for about 6 hours. Today, I went into the Efficacy menu and here's what I see: Leak: No Data, AHI: No Data, AI: No Data, HI: No Data. What do I need to do to get the machine to record data again? (My machine info is listed below.) Thanks for any insight.

Did I Screw Up?
If you checked last night's data after 12:00 noon today, the machine has prepared for use after noon today and stored last night's data to memory.

Thanks for the info. I don't think it showed any data for the week, either. I'll have to check it to make sure, though.

David,

If you haven't been using your machine for an entire week yet, I don't think it will show any data for a week. Same with a month...you have to have used it for a month to get data for a month.

Just to add, if you need to show compliance for insurance, you don't want to clear your data. As mentioned, the machine automatically rolls over the data each day at noon. It is still available in the machine, if you use a smart card to access it. On the smart card, you can download 6 months of data, with 3-5 days (depending on the machine and card) of detailed data, that you then put into Rescan to look over. That is what your insurance would look at, if you needed it.
