Participating in Your Dreams

Post by Violet » Fri May 15, 2009 9:25 am

I had a really BIG dream last night. When my dream ended, I, still in my dreamstate, decided to go back to the beginning and pick up more details. It was not a nice dream or a happy ending. I think that may be why it was so important to go back. Problem solving, detail analysis? Same dream, more details. Having no dreams or only brief dreams for so long, I find that amazing! &

Being able to control the dream is called Lucid Dreaming. Being in a dream, REALIZING you're in a dream, and then taking control of the dream is awesome. You can train yourself to be able to do this quite regularly. Write them down when they happen. That's part of the training.

It's an amazing aspect of sleep that few people accomplish or take part in.

I try to control the subject of my dreams all the time but only succeed about 10% of the time. Dreams are fun and I always look forward to living my other life
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Was not aware that one could control dreams. Can hardly wait to try and do it.
Wonderful to dream again since on cpap. Had occasional dreams before, but now nearly every night.
Often wonder if the dreams are trying to tell you something.

I've done this quite often. I have no idea what made me think I could do such a thing...I'd be in a dream where bad things are happening and at some point I will basically yell "CUT"..."REWIND" and start the dream over at an earlier point and I will "direct" the dream to proceed in a happier, more desirable manner. I've been doing this long before I knew what lucid dreaming was and I must say, I like being able to do this
