best place to purchase card reader for Res Med

Hi,
I'm very new to this actually won't get my machine till later this week Res Med Vpap Auto 25 with the H4i humidifier and the Res Med Quattro FF mask.
I'm looking for the best place to purchase the card reader (or any other supplies for that matter) as my insurance has 0% DME coverage and all Items will have to be purchased out of pocket and to make matters worse none of the free shipping offers apply to shipping items to Hawaii.

Have you priced that cable reader locally?? Usually a Buy Now price isn't all that great, especially by the time you pay the shipping. AND you must then go thru the process of cutting up an old credit card as a guide for the Resmed data card to be usable in this cable reader. Directions to do so have been posted in the forum several times w/exact measurements.

I haven't priced it locally yet wasn't sure of the exact model of card reader to ask for did think it was going to be difficult to use a reader for credit cards with the resmed card since it is so narrow the idea of cutting up an old credit card is a pretty good one. thanks,Dave
