Moister Trap

Post by Rodc » Tue May 05, 2009 6:28 pm

I use an oxygen concentrator and been having trouble with the moister trap . It wouldn't water from building up in the tubing between my nose and the moister trap . I have placed a sheet of plywood between the rug and the concentrator which allows more air to cool the concentrator and it stopped the moister build up. Problem solved . I think . Either that or the weather is gotten warmer.

Hello Rodc, I used to get that alot. I found that if I did not fill the Humidifier bottle up as much it helped. Also if I had the separator facing up it would help. Now I just use the heated Humidifier on the Xpap and no more trouble. I found that I don't need to use the one on the Oxygen Concentrator.
