ResScan 3.7 question

I just received my Card Reader and ResScan 3.7 Software. Program loaded fine and upload as well. The only problem I am having is not being able to get the detailed graphs that show up when DME used to download my card. I see the detailed graph tab but when I click on it I get the message "no detailed data available". Other than that, the program works great. Any ResScan users out there able to help me on that? Thanks!

You have to tell the software to download the detail data--or all data.
Then you will get four days of detail data. If you download after noon, you'll only get three as one will be blank.
When you down load your card again, choose to overwrite the data. This will put any detail data into your database.
